Teller – Jakarta (Code: JS TLR PFS – 10)

Responsibility:
The jobholder is responsible to process customer’s transaction needs (cash – withdrawal/deposit in FCY and LCY, demand draft, buy / sell travellers cheques,

drawing payables, inhouse transfer etc) over the cash counter with the highest service standards, hospitable and friendly approach to the customers

Requirements:
Hold Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Possess knowledge and experience as a teller would be an advantage
Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
Has a strong drive to succeed
Demonstrate high degree of integrity

Manager – Financial Assessment (Code: JS Mgr FA PFS – 10)

Responsibility:
The job holder will be responsible to review proposals for marketing activities and new products initiatives financial impact and business case in relation to PFS business also. He/she should performed Post Implementation Review for new product/initiatives and business case

Requirement:
Hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
Has minimum 1 year relevant experience will be advantage
Preferably have experience in Business Analytics area
Have a sound understanding in Personal Financial Services Business and its key components
Strong Analytical skills

Manager MI & Analytics (Code: JS Mgr MI PFS – 10)

Responsibility:
The job holder will be responsible to support business target growth through timely provision of reporting tool and analytic. He/she will be responsible to manage PFS regular report especially in consumer asset area with zero defect. He/she will also responsible to enhance and improve current management information and reporting to get comprehensive analytic result as a consideration in business decision making.

Requirements:
Minimal bachelor degree from reputable university.
Having two years experience in management information & reporting.
Familiar with SAS Analytic & Data Mining Tool
Strong analytical skill

Manager Incentive Strategy (Code: JS MGR IS PFS – 10)

Responsibility:
As Manager Incentive Strategy, you will collaborate with all stakeholders on the Incentive process, including HR, PFS Head, Head of Sales teams (branch or call centers) and product/program owners. You will contribute in preparing Incentive Proposal per annum to be submitted to ASP PFS and HRA. You will contribute also in the creation of annual incentive proposal and collaborate with local stakeholders, HR and Risk department. To perform your role, you need to work closely with relevant departments.

Requirements:
Hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
Has minimum 1 year relevant experience will be advantage
Candidate with strong sales experience will be preferable
Strong analytical skills

Manager Partner Management (Code: JS MGR PM PFS-10)

Responsibility:
The job holder is responsible to acquire new BestPay partners in Handphone, Electronic and Computer category in order to contribute to the growing of BestPay business. As a Manager Partner Management, You will represent HSBC in dealing with Merchant, create marketing program. You will need to analyze the result of each program.

Requirements:
Hold a minimum of Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.
Has a minimum 3 to 4 years working experience at banking or financial institution
Possess excellent communication & presentation skills.
Possess General Banking knowledge.
Has a strong passion in Marketing activities, excellent interpersonal skills and Creative.
Commercial acumen, demonstrate a high degree of credibility and integrity.

Express Service Representatives – Jakarta (Code: JS ESR PFS – 10)

Responsibility:
The jobholder is responsible to be the first point of contact for walk in customer and provide service assistance in adherence with HSBC policy and procedure.

Requirements:
Hold minimum Bachelor or Master’s degree from a reputable university
Has minimum 1 year relevant experience will be advantage
Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required. Conversant in Mandarin language would be an advantage
Must have commercial acumen and personal credibility
