- Male max 35 years (4,5)
- Bachelor degree (S1) in any discipline (1,2)
- Bachelor degree (S1) in Engineering Industry/ Agricultural Engineering/ Chemical Engineering (3,4)
- Bachelor degree (S1) in psychology/ law (5)
- Minimal 3 years experience in the same position preferably in manufacturing industry (1,2,3,4,5)
- Proficient in MS Office-Word, excel, power point (1,2,3,4,5)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (1,2,3,4,5)
- Familiar with HACCP & ISO Quality System (1,2,3,4,5)
- Preferable applicant having ever worked in medium scale factory to top (1,2,3,4,5)
- Experienced in monitoring, planning and anlyzing production planning, scheduling delivery order and inventory control (1)
- Fluent in both oral, written English and Hokkian (2)
- Good understanding of manpower regulation (5)
- Responsible to manage human resources department (training, recruitment, database and payroll) (5)
