Adaro Group - PT Adaro Indonesia operates under a Coal Cooperation Agreement with the Government of Indonesia which gives it the right to mine coal within its Agreement Area in the Tanjung district of South Kalimantan Province until the year 2022 with Rights to extend by mutual agreement are available. There are three deposits within the Agreement Area which contain total coal resources of 2.8 billion tones of open cut coal characterized by extremely thick seams of up to 50 meters with relatively low overburden. We are currently seeking:

Mine Supervisor (MSPR)

Qualifications:

- Male/Female, max 35 years old
- S1 Degree in Mining/Geology/Geodetic/Mechanical/Civil Engineer
- Min 3 years experience in Mining Company - Operational / Production Division
- Having ability in technique operating heavy equipment / Machine Operation, Pump operation, Drill & Blasting Management, Supervisory Skill, Basic Machine System
- Having knowledge on Mine Plan, Machine Selection, Basic QCC/SS, basic surface Mining, Achievement motivation

Surveyor (SVY)

Qualifications:

- Male/Female, S1 Degree in Geodetic / Mining
- Age min 30 years old, max 35 years old
- Min 3 years experience in Survey and Mapping (preferably in Mining)
- Ability to use Survey and Mapping equipment, software (Surpac & Minscape)

HR Supervisor (HRS)

Qualifications:

- Male, S1 degree in Psychology
- Min age 25 years old, max 35 years old
- Preferably having 3 years experience in recruitment & counseling
- Having vast knowledge on Human Resources

Jr Surveyor (JRS)

Qualifications:

- Male, S1 Geodetic Engineer, Fresh Graduate
- Max 30 years old
- Ability to use Survey-Total Station & GPS equipment
- Ability to use Survey and Mapping software (Processing & Adjustment), preferably able to use Geographic Information System (GIS)
- Knowledge on Basic transformation Coordinate system and Map projecting

Geographic Information System Engineer (GIS)

Qualifications:

- Male, S1 Informatics/Geography/Geodetic
- Max age 30 years old
- Having 1 year experience in GIS & Database
- Ability to use ARCGIS, ARCSDE, SQL Server/database software
- Ability in programming with ASP.Net & VBS excel

General Requirements:

- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Good interpersonal & Managerial Skill
- Good personality, adaptive, responsive, integrity, and willing to work in team
