CENTRAL SERVICE DIVISION HEAD (CSD)
Responsibilities:
Managing all resources of national service network, make comprehensive policy related to service network to improve customer services, responsible for market research and promotional activities to increase service for customer.
General requirements
- Male, university degree from reputable university
- 4 to 5 years experience as after sales service manager/department head in automotive industry
- Customer service oriented, strong leadership, strategic thinking and wide corporate business network
CUSTOMER RETENTION MANAGEMENT MANAGER (CRM)
Responsibilities:
Develop CRM concept in order to increase customer satisfaction based on CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), SSI Males Satisfaction Index, HGSI (Hyundai Global Satisfaction Index) research; implement, identify, and evaluate CRM program; organize customer database.
General requirements
- Male/female, university degree from reputable university
- Min 4 years experience in CRM
- Able to formulate program
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Strong leadership, managerial skill, customer service oriented
SALES TRAINER (TRN)
General requirements:
- Male/female, minimum S1 degree
- 1 to 2 years experience as trainer in sales area (experience in automotive industry is an advantage)
- Able to create, manage, and evaluate training program
- Willing to travel all over Indonesia
- Creative and self initiative
- Computer literate is must (PowerPoint, adobe Photoshop, Corel draw)
