INVESTOR RELATION OFFICER
In details, you will be in charge in:
* Creating Investor Interest by developing, printing, and mailing annual report, quarterly reports, and financial press releases;
* Tracking and analyzing the institutional and retail trading of major blocks of stock;
* Communicating and disseminating company investment story and financial information; planning and coordinating visits by security analysts and brokers.
To be a successful in the position, you will be:
* Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree, major in Finance or Accounting preferably from reputable university
* Minimum of a year work experience in investor relations position or other position in Finance/Accounting.
* Previous experience in a detailed analytical role will be essential, in particular analysis of financial models
* Financial services experience, in particular knowledge of trading environments and shareholders requirements
* Good solid ground in accounting & corporate finance
* Experience in communication with external audiences is desirable Fluent
* English, verbal and writing, is a must
* Strong Power Point and Excel skills
* a proven track record of ‘ability to deliver results’, organized, timely, responsible
