Tower Bersama Group is a group of companies providing telecommunication infrastructure services to Indonesian wireless carriers, the Group develops and operates telecommunication supporting infrastructure including tower and DAS and currently provides over 1000 BTS points of infrastructure across Indonesia. Our rapid growth requires the involvement of new team members with the motivation, skill and experience to achieve the company’s objectives in the following positions:

Programmer

With requirements:
- Male max. 30 years old
- Minimum S1 from reputable university majoring Computer Science/IT or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years experience in related field
- Good Knowledge and Technical Skill
- Able to work in a team with strong interpersonal
- Skill Requirement: ASP, VB Net, NET (MS Visual Studio 2008), MS SQL Server 2005/2008 MS Access, DDL & DML, Crystal Report
- Able to think laterally and possess good analytical skill and programming technique

Business Compliance Officer (BCO)

With requirements:
- Male or Female max. 25 years old
- Minimum S1 degree majoring in Accounting with minimum GPA. 3.0
- Min. 3 years experience in create SOP
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple tasks and to deliver high quality work with detail orientation
- Having knowledge of ISO System
- Good understanding of Business process flow and SOP
- Computer literate

Civil Mechanical Electrical (CME)

With requirements:
- Male max. 30 years old
- Minimum S1 degree majoring in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
- Min. 3 years experience in a similar function
- Familiar with AutoCAD 2008 and Microsoft Office
- Have good supervision and communication skill

SITAC Field Officer (SFO)

With requirements:
- Male max. 35 years old
- Minimum S1 degree majoring in Telecommunications or Civil engineering
- Min. 3 years experience in telecommunication project
- Excellency in computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Familiarity with SITAC lease document and legal package document
- Willing to be travel and placed around of Indonesia region

Finance & Accounting Supervisor (FA)

With requirements:
- Male/Female max. 35 years old
- Minimum S1 degree majoring in Accounting/Finance with minimum GPA. 3.0.
- Min. 5 years experience in Finance & Accounting
- Strong background in financial, accounting, taxation and risk management
- Has strong leadership skill, good analytical skill, good time management and interpersonal skills
- Sharp intuition for internal control and able to identify potential risks
- Fluent in English both verbal and written is preferable
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Hands on experience using Microsoft applications and computerized accounting system
- Ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines

Drafter (DR)

With requirements:
- Male/Female max. 25 years old
- Minimum D3 Civil with minimum GPA. 3.0.
- Min. 2 years experience as Drafter
- Familiar with AutoCAD 2008 and Microsoft Office
- Positive work attitude : committed, accountable, enthusiastic and helpful

Admin Staff (ADM)

With requirements:
- Male/Female max. 25 years old
- Minimum Degree in Administration, Secretary or Management with min. GPA. 3.0.
- Experience min. 2 years old in same position
- Excellency in computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Able to work as a team and good communication
- Able to work under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal, good analytical & problem solving skill

Marketing Manager

With requirements and qualifications as follows:
- S1 degree from reputable university, majoring in Business Marketing, Advertising, Communication with minimum GPA. 3.0.
- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- 7 years experience in field of Marketing Manager.
- Demonstrated good levels of oral and written communication both Indonesia and English.
- Good personality with excellent proficiency in communication and presentation skill.
- Be proficient in making business presentations and writing proposals.
- Passionate, social skills excellent, high attention to customer satisfaction, good personality and performance, initiative and innovative high spirit for new challenge.
- Excellent Microsoft Office computer skills.

Senior Internal Audit (SIA)

With requirements:
- Male max. 35 years old
- Minimum S1 from reputable university majoring Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering
- Experience relevant to position minimum 3 years in wireless Telecommunication Business
- Computer literate
- Strong analytical thinking & problem solving
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
- Good understanding of Business process flow and SOP
