Responsibilities:
- Conducting escalation process issues faced by the oracle finance internal user to an external vendor
- Conducting feasibility documentation and testing each application that is implemented in the company
- Conducting operational support to users for all the problems associated with using oracle system, including installation and in use at every computer user
Requirements:
- Male / Female, max 28 years old
- Holding a minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) in Informatic / Information system from a reputable University
- Having a minimum of 2 year working experience in IT Application
- Familiar using SQL, Unix, & Oracle
- Used to tight deadlines and working under pressure
Revenue Assurance International Roaming & Fraud Management Staff
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to check, monitor and report International Roaming activities and changes
- Monitoring and reporting fraud and deadline
Requirements:
- Male / Female, max 28 years old
- Holding a minimum of Bachelor Degree (S1) in Telecommunication, Computer or Information system from a reputable University
- Having a minimum of 2 year working experience in Telecommunication
- Having knowledge in Intelligent Network (IN), billing machine, revenue assurance & fraud area
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and deadline
