PT Indobarambai Gas Methan - Our Company’s as the Operator of Coal Bed Methane(CBM) PSC in Kalimantan and Sumatera, in cooperation with International Energy Company, We are in search of qualified personnel for the following position:
HR MANAGER
Requirements:
- Having knowledge on Organization Dev, Job Analysis, Job valuation, Designing Salary Structure & Performance Appraisal
- Having knowledge On Training Needs Analysis, designing training Program and Training Evaluation
- Education S1, any discipline
- Experience: Having experiences min 5 (Five) years as HRD Manager in Oil and Gas Company or PSC and daily operation on the following aspects such as : Recruitment & Selection, Training & Dev, Compensation & Benefits (Payroll & PPh-21), Industrial Relations, General Affairs;
- Computer literacy is required
- Able to work independently as well as in a team, strong Leadership and wiling to work under pressure
FINANCE MANAGER
Responsibilities :
- Preparation of monthly financial statements, cash flows, and budgets
- Maintaining the general ledger, revenue, receivables, payables, stock control and payroll systems
- Implementing and enhancing internal controls over all aspects of the operations
- Cost control, cash flow management and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Supporting the company’s Corporate Office with strategic planning and any ad hoc projects required
- Control & review the capital expenditure budget & the actual costs
- Liaise with other departments, when required, to escalate and resolve issues and/or report faults
Requirements:
- Male / Female
- Minimum age of 32 year’s old
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with effective oral and written communication-English and Indonesian
- Position reports to the finance and Admin Director
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Finance/Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
- At least 6 years experience in the related position and field (drilling or oil and Gas Company) is an advantage
- Strong team leadership capacity and possess ability to develop and motivate subordinates
- Responsible, honest, independent, discipline, can work under pressure, fast learner, flexible, and
- willing to travel
- Self-management, strong communication skills, quality and process focus, energetic, possess a genuine desire to learn and to progress, willing to learn and improve, enthusiastic with a positive attitude whatever the circumstances, reliable and confident, highly driven nature
- Computer literate MS. Office and internet literate and also possess knowledge in Oracle applications
- Tax knowledge is an advantage (Brevet A & Brevet B)
SECRETARY COMPANY
Requirements:
- Female
- Diploma (D-3) in Secretary Academy or other relevant field with GPA > 3.00
- Age between 30-35 years old
- Strong expertise as Executive Secretary Min. 5 years of experience especially deal with top management level (Prefer Oil and Gas Company or PSC)
- Excellent Verbal & written communication skill in English
- Mature, good communication, interpersonal skills with service oriented attitude, organizational skills, warm and confident personality, pleasant, organized, systematic, fast respond, dynamic and capable of adapting to rapid changes in the work environment
- Self motivated, able to start immediately and able to work well independent (demonstrated initiative to solve problems without supervision and a proven ability to achieve set goals)
- Able to work under pressure and long hours (overtime)
- Proficient Computer literate (Ms Office, Internet, Email)
- Location at Jakarta Pusat
LAND ACQUISITION OFFICER (FOR SOUTH KALIMANTAN AREA)
Job Responsibilities :
- Land hunting
- Price negotiation
- Making deal agreement with the Land / properties owner
- Handling legal aspect related to land acquisition
- Socialization to people who living inside the land radius, also to local government
- Handling permits from government related to construction and operationally (consist of IMB, HO, Izin Prinsip, RKT, etc)
Job Requirements :
- Male, due to the job related to outdoor activities
- Graduated min. D3 in any major
- Having at least 2 years work experience. Available to be located in Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan
- Working base on Contract
- Fully understand Sitac processes.
- Self-motivated, teamwork oriented, able to work under tight schedules.
- Highly developed interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to fluently converse in English with good reading and writing skills.
- Solid public personal and ability to confidently represent the company.
- Demonstrated high levels of oral and written communication skills.
- Willing to be contracted for some terms, depend on the term of projects.
