Video klip teranyar Shakira, She Wolf, nampaknya benar-benar menonjolkan keseksian penyanyi Latin ini. Bahkan saking seksinya, sampai-sampai hanya dengan memutar iklan video klip tersebut, salah satu televisi swasta di Indonesia ditegur KPI.Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia (KPI) Pusat, Rabu (04/11) menegur Global TV atas tayangan iklan video klip itu. Tayangan ini dipandang bertentangan dengan norma kesopanan dan kesusilaan serta merendahkan perempuan yang menjadi objek seks. Pasalnya, dalam video klip tersebut, tampak Shakira yang memakai busana minim dan menggoda menari dengan gerakan sensual mengikuti irama lagu.
Selain menegur Global TV, KPI pun juga memperingatkan seluruh stasiun TV agar tidak menayangkan iklan dan video klip aslinya.
Dari pemantauan KPI, dalam video klip ini terdapat adegan tarian sensual dengan gerakan yang dapat menimbulkan hasrat. Karenanya, KPI menilai iklan itu telah melanggar pasal 11, 17 dan 21 ayat 2 dan 3 Standar Program Siaran (SPS).
Selain itu, perlu diketahui jika tayangan iklan video klip She Wolf dapat dikategorikan melanggar UU Penyiaran khususnya Pasal 46 ayat 3 (d). Oleh sebab itu, KPI akan terus melakukan pemantauan dan sanksi berat akan dijatuhkan sesuai UU Penyiaran apabila iklan tersebut kembali ditayangkan oleh stasiun TV. (kapanlagi)
