PT Agro Group - We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in Oil Palm Plantations, Breweries, Financial Services and Leisure. PT. Agro Indomas is the Groups’ plantations in Indonesia with a land bank in excess of 60,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Timur. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based in Kalimantan.

Store Assistant (To be based in Central Kalimantan & Batu Licin)

Responsibilities :

- Ensure smooth store operations including quality and quantity of ordered item, and inventory
- Manage all issues and receipts related to stocks are properly accounted with inventory systems and control on a daily basis
- To ensure that supplies are available on all times and all items which have reached minimum level have been order on time

Qualifications :

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance, with a minimum of 2 years qualifying experience in same position.
- Familiar with FIFO system is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and computer literacy are essential.
- Preferred age between 25 – 30 years
- Position STORE ASSISTANT (To be based in Central Kalimantan)


Assistant Agronomy - (To be based at Kalimantan Tengah)

Subjective :
Managing all the information that there is relevance to the agricultural activities in the environment of the company with the information submitted accurate, complete and on time.

Responsibilities :

- Administration and Agronomy Database (Creating and monitoring block Master in excel and Agrisoft Oil Palm Management (OMP version 8.4.5 or higher).
- Entry and check the data and fertilization both budget and actual application, the crop received, leaf analyst in both the excel data, and in the OMP and System (HIT) .
- Monitor and deliver appropriate information about the arrival schedule of fertilizer, the application status of each month once fertilization (mature & immature) and the analysis of the quality of fertilizers. Make ‘Yield Analysis’ every month accurately.
- Administrative and general environment in the A & QA Department.
- Coordinate the reception of the sample & fertilizer, leaves, soil with related parties such as warehouses, laboratories, agriculture dept (handle permit, etc.).

Requirements :

- Bachelor (S1) Degree Statistic or MIPA/ Computer science or Agriculture/Clerical administration
- Male / Female
- Minimum 3 years experiences in administration or data management work
- Preference for good English skills
- Computer skill a must especially in Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point or equivalent
- Preferences in OMP Database Program ( Agrisoft Oil Palm Management)
- Willing to work in remote area in Kalimantan

Civil Engineering Assistant Manager/ CE Manager (Base in Kalimantan)

Responsibilities:

- You will be required to supervise and oversee the construction activities and ensure that constructions are done according to the specified standard and completed on time.
- Dealing with contractors and construction workers, planning and allocation work, dealing with suppliers ensuring that material are of right quality and quantity and issued on time will be some of you core accountabilities.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Auto Cad.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kalimantan.
- The ideal candidate should be a graduate in civil engineering with minimum of 5 years experience in a similar capacity with good leadership qualities.
- Experience in project management will be an added advantage.
- Full-Time positions available.
