- Having min 5 years experience in management work at developer/ consultant/
construction company
- Proven track record and experience in resolving design and site issues with consultants, builders and clients
- Target oriented and able to set priorities under challenging and demanding circumstances with a sense of urgency
Leasing Manager (LM) SHOPPING CENTER
- Good looking and pleasant personality
- Having min 5 years of experience as leasing in reputable shopping center or reputable retail company
- Proficiency in English is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Aggressive, like challenges, energetic and able to work under pressure
Store Manager (SM) RETAIL
- Having previous experience in retail business (bookstore, convenience store,
dept store, etc), min s years in managerial level
- Understand store operations, sales target, marketing and promotion program
- Mature, high integrity, excellent interpersonal skill, strong analytical skill and strong marketing skill Strong leadership and able to communicate with all level
