HRD MANAGER
Qualifications :
- S-1 University Degree holder of Law, Psychology
- Male
- Having experience in shipping Company will be preferable
- Minimum 5 years in same position
- Age : 30 – 40 Years Old
- Willing to travel
Skill :
- Having Knowledge in HR&GA will be preferred (Crewing, Industrial & Community relations)
- Skill to develop HRD Concept such as : JOBDES, SOP, etc.
- Good in Managerial Skill
- Familiar with ISO 9001 : 2000/2008
- Good in oral and written English
- Computer Literate ( Windows, Excel, Power Point )
- Good in team work and able to work under pressure and deadline
