QUANTITY SURVEYOR M&E

Qualifications:

- Male, max 28 years old
- Min. S1 graduated from Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, from reputable university, GPA min 2,75
- Min. 2 years experiences as estimator in civil contractor/consultant, or experience in building maintenance
- Excellent numerical analytical skill & detail oriented
- Experience in handling variety project, especially in construction or interior
- Good English (oral & written) & computer literate (MS Office & Auto CAD)
- Proven track record in preparing project specification, M&E lay out and project progress report
- Handling monitoring budget & final account
- Willing to be placed at Lippo Karawaci

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

- Male, max 28yrs old, min Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (Arus Kuat).
- Min 2 years experiences in handling building projects
- Strong analytical skill & coordination skill
- Good communication & interpersonal skill
- Willing to travel, and also to be placed at Lippo Karawaci
