Agency Training & Development Manager
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Handling recruitment and administration of Agent and Marketing Force
* Preparing and administering training need analysis for agent and Marketing force
* Developing training program from designing program, developing training plan, modules and curiculum which align with the required competencies for agent and marketing force
* Maximize training by providing a creative, fun and exciting environment in the delivery training sessions
Requirements:
* Male/Female, max 30 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Psychology or other equivalent social science.
* A minimum of 3 Year experience in position within training including experience with skills training
* Working Experience in Insurance Industry will be preferable
* Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills as well as excellent command of spoken and writen english and indonesia
* Independent,energetic and highly selfdriven with distinctive team facilitation
* Computer literacy to include : Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point etc.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status
