Job Description:
* Design Company Performance Goals Concept
* Formulate Performance System to be implemented
* Performance Score composition setting
* Establish a distribution system assessment
* Ensure the implementation of Performance Management System in PALYJA in accordance with the concept that has been formulated
* Monitor recruitment process
* Create Individual Career Plan for the key person
Requirements:
* Education: Psychologist profession/ S1 Psychology with certification of Human Resources Management
* Min having 3-4 years experience in related field
* Computer literate (MS Office)
* Proficiency in English (oral and written)
* Managerial Ability
* Knowledge of employee management system
* Ability to develop the organization
