Requirements :

Hotel school background, candidate that experienced in the similar position in an int’l 4-5 star chain hotel or resort will be advantage

* Knowledge of the ‘Opera’ property management system is a distinct advantage
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Good inter-personal skills with customer and associates
* Creative, forward thinking mind
* Proven organization skills and ability to work under pressure
* 100% customer focused & service orientated approach

PURCHASING MANAGER
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years experience as a Purchasing Manager preferably with an Int’l chain hotel or resort
* Strong experience in wide knowledge of supplier purchasing system related in 4-5 star hotels
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Good inter-personal skills with customer and associates
* Strong leadership skill
* Creative, forward thinking mind
* Proven organization skills and ability to work under pressure
* 100% customer focused & service orientated approach

RESTAURANT MANAGER
Requirements :

* Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager (Chinese Restaurant) preferably with an Int’l chain hotel or resort
* Strong experience in Food & Beverage operation in 4-5 star hotels
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Good inter-personal skills with customer and associates
* Strong leadership skill
* Creative, forward thinking mind
* Proven organization skills and ability to work under pressure
* 100% customer focused & service orientated approach
