IT Compliance & Audit Reporting Analyst
Responsibilities
Develop IT compliance & audit reports to PTBC Managements as part of measurements and compliance for IT team
Adhere strictly to compliance processes in accordance with PTBC and regulatory standards, policies and practices (such as ITIL, PMLC, SDLC, TimeSheet, Service Management)
Provide/ consolidate compliance reports on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
Provide quarterly/annual IT report or documents required for compliance to Bank Indonesia be reported on time and accurately.
Requirements
University undergraduate Information Technology/Computer Sciences or in Hardware/Software engineering;
Minimum 2 years experience in Compliances and Audit reporting area
Strong analytical and technical skills
Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Effective and good communication skills, self-starter and team spirited
Exceptional interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation and negotiation
Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
Proficiency in written and spoken English
PC literate, high integrity, Risk focus and attention to detail
Proficient in written and spoken English
