Metso Paper’s product range is the broadest in the industry and extends across the entire chain of production from pulping to the wrapping of finished rolls. We are looking for a high caliber candidate to join our growing sales and services team in the following positions:

Sales Engineer (Jakarta Based)

Job Responsibilities:

* Marketing and sales of spare parts in South East Asia, mainly for Indonesian market
* Follow up and up-date quotations
* Handling warranty and quality claims
* KPI reporting of sales
* Handling inquiries, pricing, prepare quotations, and support Mill Sales Managers
* Technical support and product info
* Supporting engineering work, including design, drawing and installation
* Performing other job-related work

Qualifications:

* Bachelor Degree in related field of study
* Minimum 5 years experience in consumables and/or spare parts customer service and sales, preferably in pulp & paper industry
* Knowledge of paper machinery and Metso solutions is a plus
* Customer service and sales oriented attitude and proven track record
* Good command in English and computer literacy in M S Office
* Willingness to travel
