Territory Sales Officer (TSO R1)
Responsibilities:
* Maintaining and expand cement sales for PTSC in his territory ( meet targets )
* Provide support for the Regional Superintendent
* Provide direction to ( distributor ) salesman
Requirements:
* Education: S1 any discipline, with 3 years Sales experience
* Experience: Minimum 1 years in current position, 3 years Sales experience, Knowledge of cement, Knowledge of business environment
* Computer literacy: Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
* Language: Good command in English both oral & written
* Other qualification / skills: Communication, People management Leaderships, Planning & reporting
Project Feasibility Superintendent
Responsibilities:
* To carryout projects feasibility study job
* To coordinate project initiative with the client
* To prepare scope of project work, cost and material estimates
* To perform project proposal and facilities to get approval
* To conduct after action review (AAR)
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor degree / Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/electrical engineering
* Experience: 3-5 years in project feasibility
* Computer literacy: SAP, MS Office, MS project & Lotus Notes
* Language: Good command of written & spoken English
* Other qualification / skills: knowledge of project management activities, able to estimate project milestone, able to prepare project scope and cost estimate, costing analysis, tracking and monitoring project progress and reporting.
RMX Franchise Manager
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to achieve the Company’s Objective to develop and manage RMX Franchise business in Indonesia’s market.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering background would be preference (but other discipline would also be considered)
* Experience: 5 years in their field
* Computer literacy: Computer literacy ; SAP, Office & Lotus Notes
* Language: English proficiency, oral & written
* Other qualification / skills: Has strong communication skills and excellent approach with high level investor., Strong Leadership to manage the organization properly and effectively., Has strong skills to prepare the concept, planning, and budgeting and able to conduct the presentation in a clear and comprehensive way., Has good capability in controlling / monitoring the execution of franchising business in effective and efficient way.
