PURCHASING OFFICER
Qualification :
- S1 degree in business, economic or engineering
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in the purchasing department
- Familiar with customs regulation.
- Familiar with purchase variances and participate in cost reduction program.
- Excellent business network and supplier contacts
- Good command of both spoken and written English
- Having experience in purchasing system, vendor selection/development, supply chain management, material/stock control, export-import
- Required computer skill of office applications (MS Office), and documentation skill
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & analytical skill
- Honest, Proactive, flexible, reliable, self-motivated & organized
- Strong negotiation skill
- Have experience supervising and mentoring a team
