Human Resources Supervisor (Jakarta Based)
To ensure availability of competent human resources by performing recruitment process and ensure the implementation of employee training and development program.
Qualification:
* Minimum S1 majoring Psychology or Human Resources Management
* At least 4 years of working experience in Human Resources Recruitment and Training & Development, with 2 years experience in supervisory level
* Preferably having experience in coal mining industry
* Able to administer psychological test and perform assessment
* Good command in English, both written and spoken
Business Process Development Coordinator (Jakarta Based)
Responsible to prepare all Standard Operating Procedure and System for all company activities (SOP, Standard Form) based on business process, ensure all company activities comply to all quality requirement, ensure management system implementation, document control function, and internal audit.
Qualification:
* Minimum S1 in Engineering, preferably majoring Industrial Engineering
* At least 2 years of working experience in business process development or quality management system
* Sound knowledge of SOP documentation, program flowchart, and improvement methodology
* Excellent relationship development and communication skills along with the ability to influence at all levels
* Good command in English, both written and spoken
External Relation Officer (Site Based)
Responsible to maintain strong and close presence or communication to all local communities at the lowest level possible, local government and other stakeholders in specific area.
Qualification:
* Minimum S1 majoring Law, Administration, Social Science or related subject
* At least 2 years of working experience in external relation in a coal mine industry
* Excellent communication and negotiation skill
* Able to speak local language (Banjar) will be an advantage
