Customer Care Frontline (CCF) (Jawa Barat - Bogor - Narogong Plant)
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university
* Experience:
- At least 1 in Customer Service or Call Center
- Has experience in Hospitality industries, Airlines, Telco or Banking
- Has an excellence communication skill
- Able to complaint handling
- Team player person and enjoy teamwork
- Willing to work shift
* Computer literacy: MS Office and Call Center applications would be an advantage
* Language: Good communication skills in Bahasa and English ( oral and written )
