HUMAN RESOURCES INDUSTRIAL RELATION ANALYST (HR – IR)
Industrial relation analyst must maintain good relationships between management and employee & employee and employee. Study and interpret relevant industrial legislation. Advise others on the proper procedures for carrying out negotiations and on the special regulations relating to employment and contract agreement.

Strong academic background from Law
GPA min. 3
Max. 27 years old
Proven leadership & interpersonal skill in extracurricular activities
Energetic and drive for result
Proficient in English
Having passion to have career in Human Resources
