Workshop Planner / Relief Foreman
THE POSITION
Reporting to the Screen Contrrict Manager this position is responsible for planning the day-to-day operation in our worrkshop and in the field. The position will also act as relief Foreman when requested. The roster is 8 weeks at the mine site, then 2 weeks off (location to be agreed with the successful applicant).
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
MALE with mechanical trade qualification: or equivalent combination of training and related experience (at least 3-8 years) gained from at least one of the following industries mining, comminution, aggregate or contract crushing, Good understanding of both Indonesian and English language Possess good communication and people management skills, Having current vehicle license and be able to travel by plane / helicopter Able to work and live in a remote environment, Able to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence and calculate figures and amounts, and must be quality and safety conscious
