Responsibilities
* * Serving of calls from customers with good
* * Provide information needed for customers associated with the product Telkomsel
* * Handling complaints well
* * Provide the best service and satisfaction to customers
Requirements
* * Male / Female
* * Maximum age 35 years at the time of recruitment
* * Minimum education D3 any major, GPA min 2.50
* * Willing to work shift
* * Having a good quality sound / clear articulation
* * Have the skills to use computers
* * Excellent proficiency in English
* * Able neat and clean
* * Have a general knowledge about the product Telkomsel
* * Graduated from the entire series of selection tests
* * Having a call center experience preferred
