Especially in the Contact Center, we provide outsourcing services for managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) through the activities of inbound and outbound contact center by utilizing the latest communication technology via telephone, sms, email, website, and chat. Call Center Officer Telkomsel

Responsibilities
Serve the incoming calls from customers with good
Provide information needed for customers associated with the product Telkomsel
Handles complaints well
Provide the best service and satisfaction to customers

Requirements
Men / Women
Maximum age 35 years at the time of recruitment
Minimum education D3 any major, GPA min 2.50
Willing to work shift
Has good sound quality / clear articulation
Have the skills to use computers
Excellent proficiency in English
Looking neat and clean
Having a general knowledge about the product Telkomsel
Graduated from the whole series of selection tests
Having a call center experience preferred
