A. Secretary (Code: Sec)

Requirements:

1. Single, Female.
2. Maximum age 30 years old.
3. Experience as a secretary min 1 years.
4. Having good communication skills in English both oral and writen is a must.
5. Abilities on Mandarin Language will be advantage.
6. Can work under preasure, loyal, hard worker, honest.
7. Have good computer skills (MS Office) and make financial statement (Petty Cash)
8. Capable to do multi tasking job, strong and diligent personality.
9. Able to perform the secretarial activities.

B. Staff Administrasi

Requirements:

1. Wanita, Single
2. Memiliki pengalaman 1-2 tahun di Perusahaan Ekspedisi (Mengerti Prosedur Pengiriman)
3. Usia maksimal 30 tahun
4. Pendidikan min D3 semua jurusan
5. Dapat menangani tugas - tugas administrasi di dalam perusahaan.
6. Berpengalaman di dalam lingkungan bisnis internasional min 2 tahun.
7. Berpengalaman dalam prosedur - prosedur administrasi serta mampu mengoperasikan program aplikasi komputer.
8. Pekerja keras, inovatif dan kreatif.
9. untuk di tempatkan di Jakarta dan di Manggarai Barat (NTT).
10. Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

C. Accounting (Code: ACC)

Requirements:

1. Wanita, Single
2. Usia maksimal 30 tahun.
3. Pendidikan min D3/S1 Akuntansi dari universitas terkemuka.
4. Berpengalaman dalam membuat jurnal, laporan rugi – laba, menangani pembayaran, pembelian serta penerimaan, dan mengerti hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan FS.
5. Memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik, fleksibel, dan berpengetahuan luas.
6. Dapat mengoperasikan program aplikasi Akuntansi dan MS. Office
7. Berpengalaman dalam bidang yang sama min. 1 tahun

D. Business Development

Requirements:

1. Female, Single
2. Maximum age 28 years old
3. Minimum D3/S1 with major in any related discipline from a reputable university
4. Marketing for Agricultural Product/Food/Bio-Energy Developing strategic business planning and monthly/quarterly business development forecasting
5. To put together proposals, managing and expanding on existing portfolio in Indonesia
6. Constant updates in Indonesia’s business environment and advise appropriate strategies accordingly
7. Observing and analyzing the current operational system to continually improve operational efficiency by establishing operational standards, policies, and measures as well as putting in appropriate systems and procedures
8. Contributing to the budget setting process as appropriate, monitoring progress, and identifying opportunities to enhance assignment profitability
9. Willing to travel to remote area all over Indonesia or as a home base
10. Fluency both in written and spoken English would be an advantage
11. Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
12. Excellent in Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Converter
13. Willing to work as a team or independent
