Legal Officer (Code: Leg - Off)

Responsibilities:

* Administer that all company’s licenses and legal agreements
* Prepare draft legal contract between Lippo Cikarang and the third party
* Provide legal recommendation and legal counseling in regard to company operation
* Organize General Meeting of Shareholders every year and ensuring the event held successfully
* Keep abreast of any updated on new Indonesian regulation which relevant and has impact to the company business operation

Requirements:

* Male/Female
* Bachelor degree in Law
* Experience min 3 (three) years in corporate legal, preferably with exposure in public listed company
* Broad knowledge in corporate legal practices and government regulations
* MS office is a must
* Good command in English, written and spoken
* Good working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity
* Capable of working under tight deadlines
