CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY MANAGER
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring that company achieves substantive improvements in its ongoing commitment to become a sustainable and socially responsible company.
* Establishing the company’s community and development schemes/programs, including their guidelines and standard operating
* Developing sound CSR related strategies, policies, plans, programs, and practices from related functional areas and business units
* Implement CSR strategies, policies, plans, and programs effectively and efficiently
* Monitoring, controlling and measuring the implementations of CSR programs/ projects
* Manages relationships with external community and other parties to pursue appropriate public relations
* Monitoring, reviewing and managing the social issues that may arise
Requirement :
* Male, age min 40 years old
* Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major from reputable University, Min GPA 3.0
* Has at least 10 years experience at similar matters
* Honest, detail oriented, highly motivated and able to work in a team
* Preferable has sound knowledge in corporate social responsibility area
* Excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all level
* Willing to travel and work at mine site
