Senior Buyer - Surabaya (Code: Senior Buyer APESI – Your Name)
Job Propose :
Review proposal/projects requirement, provides purchase and sourcing strategies along with Project Coordinator, develop right portfolio of suppliers, provides price/cost information for achieving material cost competitiveness, develop allocated proposal costing, and to insure that lowest total cost is obtained in both proposal and contract execution including the proper management of risk and implementation of appropriate terms and conditions. He/she is also responsible for on time delivery and quality of all supplier contract deliverables relating to goods/services and documents.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications :

Five (5) years professional experience in a strategic sourcing role in an industrial environment.
Experience in Power Generation or related businesses.
Ability to work in a multicultural environment, experience in interacting with Engineers.
Proven strong negotiation & legal skills.
Knowledge of relevant suppliers markets and low cost country sourcing experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SAP computer software.
Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking) our working language, and in Indonesian.

Mechanical Design Engineer ( Code: Mechanical Design Engineer APESI – Your Name )
Key Responsibility :
To perform mechanical design activities for HRSG components such as pipe stress analysis, structural steel design, lifting frame, supports design, code calculation of pressure vessels, tanks, ductwork, stacks, and other non-pressure parts.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications :

Fresh graduate or 2 years experiences in similar engineering discipline.
Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Civil, Marine, or other Engineering disciplines.
Having technical knowledge of product line, especially in steam power plant.
Good understanding in mechanical design concept and technical drawing.
Having excellent skill to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Application Engineering Software (Autopipe, Caesar, Staadpro) and DOS.
Familiar with shop capabilities and manufacturing process
Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking) our working language, and in Indonesian.
Willing to stay in Surabaya.

Cost Estimator - Surabaya ( Code: Cost Estimator APESI – Your Name )
Key Responsibility :
Responsible in collecting and developing cost analysis of requisite materials or equipment for tender activities include ensuring an on-time delivery and quality of all contract deliverables.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications :

3 years of procurement and/or related experience (i.e. Commercial Support, Project Management, Sales, etc.).
Minimum university degree majoring in Engineering or Business Administration or any other disciplines that provide strong knowledge of procurement.
Good knowledge of boiler island scope/product
Strong data management capabilities reinforced with PC application.
Ability to interface and coordinate with other discipline in a matrix environment.
Good in communication and negotiation skills.
Good English proficiency.
Willing to stay in Surabaya.

Buyer - Surabaya (Code: Buyer APESI – Your Name)

Junior CAD Designer - Surabaya ( Code: Jr CAD Designer APESI – Your Name )
Key Responsibility :
To create design, develop detail and shop drawings from arrangement, major assemblies, or layouts on pressure part and non-pressure part items, etc.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications :

A minimum of 2 years experiences as a CAD Drafter.
Technical High School with practical experience or Diploma in engineering discipline is preferred.
Having knowledge of engineering and drafting principals, such as 2D and 3D projections, surface development, dimensioning, Isometric, etc.
Having knowledge in International Code and Standard, such as ASME, AWS, AISC, and other standards from licensee, is an advantage.
Familiar in shop capabilities and manufacturing process.
Good English proficiency.
Willing to stay in Surabaya.
