MILL MANAGER
Qualification:
- Degree / Diploma in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Chemical)
- Section : Palm Oil Mills
- Reports to : Engineering Department
- Experience : 5 years
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure mill is operated efficiently and all process and quality parameters are maintained to set targets.
- Ensure efficient Mill Management, and cost effective operation.
- Good leadership and man-management skills.
- Be a team player to achieve excellence.
- Ensure compliance all RSPO and ISO systems and procedures within the work place.
- Computer literate and be able to converse in English.
- Any other duties as directed by management.

- Knowledge in mill process, and maintenance management essential.

- Computer literate, and able to converse in basic English (an advantage).
- Any other duties as directed by the management.
