Position : Event & Sponsorship Staff
Department : Marketing

Status : Outsource
Job Description :
* Collect event & sponsorship proposal
* Collect all exhibition proposal from dealer
* Making confirmation letter to dealer for monthly exhibition approval
* Collect all monthly exhibition report from dealer
Requirement :
* Associate degree from reputable university, preferable from administration or MICE major, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
* Fresh graduate are welcome to apply (had experience in event or promotion field will be advantage)
* 21-27 years old.
* Must be able to operate Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook)
* Fluent in English (active)
* Communicative, able to work under pressure and tight deadline, have interest in dealing with administrative task
