Requirements :
* Strong background in plantation especially oil palm, cocoa, tea, tobacco etc.
* Has min 4 years experience in the field
* Fluent in English
* Good communication skill
Responsibilities :
* Assist and implement the Marketing Plan of sugarcane and tea
* Implement the priority focus of profitable products and support sugarcane pilot project
* Seek the potential business opportunity on Sugarcane
* Seek the potential business opportunity on Tea
* Propose label extensions for Sugarcane and Tea
* Monthly report
