Finance and Accounting Manager
Job Description:
* Responsible for general Accounting function
* Prepares monthly financial report, reconciliations to ledger, cost analysis
* Responsible for planning process & analysis (budgeting, forecasting, cas flow)
* Responsible for monthly and annual tax reports
* Coordinates with the company’s tax consultants
* Directs and monitors the accounts receivable activities
* Assists and reviews credit worthiness, billing process, collection of account receivables
* Directs and monitors the accounts payable activities
* Controls buyers receipts, inter-company transactions, payment process
* Directly reports to the President Director
Requirements:
* Maximum 40 Years Old
* Experience in manufacturing is a plus factor
* S1 Degree major in Accounting
* Minimum 4 years working experience in Finance & Accounting
* Good command in English is a plus factor (minimum passive)
* Possesses strong leadership and managerial skills
* Responsible, and possesses healthy inter-personal skills
* Can work independently, and also in a team
* Able to lead the company’s team of administrative, tax, and accounting staffs
* Capable to work with Accounting Program
* Willing to be posted in Dadap, Tangerang
JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT
Job Description :
* Assists the accounting department for general accounting works
* Monitors and controls the stocks
* Prepares purchase orders to the suppliers
* Maintains a clear filing system
* Directly reports to the Accounting and Finance Manager
Requirement :
* Maximum 30 Years Old
* S1 Degree major in Accounting
* Plus factor experiences or knowledge:
1. Manufacturing
2. Logistics (controlling stocks)
3. PPIC (Product Planning and Inventory Control)
4. Purchasing
* Minimum 1 year working experience in administrative accounting
* Good command in English is a plus factor (minimum passive)
* Possesses strong leadership and supervisory skills
* Responsible, and possesses healthy inter-personal skills
* Can work independently, and also a team
* Capable to work with Accounting Program
* Willing to be posted in Dadap, Tangerang
* Directly reports to the Accounting and Finance Manager
