* Manage the Leadership Academy Program include training execution
* Develop curriculum and supervise different training resources used (both internal & External) of training programs

QUALIFICATIONS:

TECHNICAL SALES (TISSUE SPECIALIST)
Responsible to facilitate technical service in pulp and paper customers especially tissue applications
Identify current and future technical requirement from the customers, especially tissue
Establish Technical Sales Pulp, Paper and Sales Marketing training module and others as required, responsible for the all technical sales activities such as promotions, customer trial and technical support in pulp and paper
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Male max 40 Years Old
* Minimum Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pulp & Paper Technology
* Having 5 years experience in relevant position
* Excellent knowledge in Tissue making and Tissue market
* Willing to stay in Riau – Sumatera, Indonesia
STORE MANAGER
Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Management Logistic, Industrial Engineering or any Engineering Disciplines
* Minimum 10 years experiences in a large manufacturing industry in stores with 5 years experiences in Managerial position
* Act with integrity, lead by example, guide, motivate and coach teams.
* Anticipate and deal with challenges as a team, and continuously look for improvement opportunities.
* Strive to build and sustain customer loyalty from transactional to collaborative partnership.
* FLUENT in English is a compulsory.
Job Challenges:
* Responsible in Inventory Control (Chemicals, Consumables and Spare parts)
* Receiving thousand of tons of chemical raw materials to user storage locations
* Understand the GRN and GI of materials including MRP running and monitoring stock outages.
* Having knowledge in container management and handling.
* Conversant with SAP Materials Management.
* Willing to be placed in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau.
TALENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess AT LEAST Bachelor Degree in Economics, Engineering Management, Business Administrations, Accounting, Public Relations, Communications and Social Science. MASTERS Degree in a related field is an added ADVANTAGE.
* Minimum 2 – 5 years of working experience, preferably in large manufacturing environment. Having a working experience in continuous improvement area is an added advantage.
* If you are interested in Continuous Improvement area, having one of these specifications is an added value:
- Having Continuous Improvement methodology knowledge and experience in running successful project.
- Familiar with Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing, as well as conversant with change management.
- Understand to use statistical tool using Minitab or SPSS
* If you are interested in a corporate communication area, having these specifications is an added value:
-Manage external communication on the inflow and outflow of information between the Company and external stakeholders such as Government, Community and Investors
- Having Public Relations Experience: Ability to create, design, and implement our marketing program working within our budget constraints.
* Having an excellent communication skill in presenting as well as planning and executing.
* Proven track record in analytical skill, integrity, team work and speed.
* Fluent communication in English. Ability to converse in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with China office.
* Willing to be placed in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau, Sumatera, Indonesia.
