TRANSLATOR
Responsibilities :
Translate questionnaires, code frames, discussion guide from English to Bahasa Indonesia or Bahasa Indonesia to English to ensure the translations are done accurately
Requirements :
- S1 degree in Literature, Applied Linguistic, Management
- Male/ Female, age around 21 – 30 years old
- At least one year working experience
- Strong English and Indonesian translation skills
- Good MS Office skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledge and ability in business correspondence and an ability to proofread for grammar, spelling and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy
- General attention to detail and accuracy

RESEARCH MANAGER / PROJECT MANAGER
Job purpose
A Research Manager is responsible for ensuring the timing and accurate completion of projects under their supervision.
Main job responsibilities
- Design questionnaires to ensure they provide meaningful data and are actionable.
- Deliver fieldwork briefing to ensure the interviewers are clear about the purposes and logic of the flow of the questionnaires.
- Conduct data analysis to provide meaningful conclusions.
- Design reports and charts to present easy-to-read and meaningful linkage to conclusions.
- Prepare proposals for review and estimate & supervise costing preparation to achieve competitiveness and cost effectiveness.
- Estimate costs to ensure comprehensive and accurate cost items are included in the proposal.
- Estimate and plan resources for the commissioned projects to ensure the projects could be completed according to schedule.
- Check work of researchers (e.g. code frames; CATI scripts; DP specs, etc.) to ensure proper standards are met.
- Interpret the data using SYNOVATE or other techniques to produce accurate analysis.
- Write the conclusions to clearly and accurately represent the insights of the findings and recommendations.
- Assist in providing information during report presentation to clients
- Liaise with DP and fieldwork operations to ensure the progress of the project is well communicated and monitored to minimize disruption of delays.
- Train and supervise researchers to ensure they acquire basic research techniques.
Job specification
University degree
- Minimum 4-5 years research experience
- Marketing and business knowledge an advantage

- Knowledge of a particular industry (e.g. IT / telecom or fast moving consumer goods) also advantageous

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT
Major Responsibilities :
- Primary responsibility is to prepare financial statements and supporting schedule according to monthly close schedule
- Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
- Analyze revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances
- Assist with financial and tax audits
- Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
- Assist with quarterly procedure commission reports, analyzing and correcting discrepancies
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
- Other projects are assigned
Required skills & qualities :
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong understanding of accounting theory
- 5+ years accounting/finance experience CPA a plus, but not required
- Experience in the market research industry or service company preferred
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity, problem solving and result
