Head of OEM Business Line
Job Responsibilities:
The incumbent of this position manage the function of OEM Business Line by ensuring the process meets on time delivery and process cycle time as well to support productivity development plan with company’s vision, mission, and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 2.75, preferably from Mechanical or Industrial Engineering background.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Business Line Unit, Proposal Engineering, or Key Account Management preferably in a manufacturing MNC.
- Has in-depth knowledge in Production Planning, and also Material Management.
- Demonstrate leadership ability to lead and drive a team to achieve project target.
- Possess strong Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.
- Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self driven.
- Able to provide business support and be a strong partner in operations.
- Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
- Be a change agent who can re-look at status quo operations for process improvements.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must, and also have knowledge on ERP System.
- Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan East Java.
Packing Engineer
The incumbent of this position is responsible for packaging design; develop reliable packaging design and process development.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 2.75, preferably from Mechanical Engineering background.
- Minimum 2 years progressive experience in similar roles (preferably in same area).
- Ability to work within a team environment, good communication skills, responsible for planning pack design and process development to meet project requirements.
- Have knowledge on packaging process.
- Possess strong communication skills, follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.
- Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self driven.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must.
