In relation to other project development plan, with this we need a dynamic professional power immediately and have high work motivation for the position:

Secretary / Administration Staff
Main Duty :
Providing clerical and administrative support, either as part of a team or individually, take ownership of specific projects as well as coordinate and implement office procedures, be responsible for overseeing junior staff.

Key Responsibilities :

* Using a variety of software packages to produce correspondence & documents, maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases.
* Arranging meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes.
* Invoicing.
* Setting up and maintaining a petty cash system.
* Looking after budgets.
* Liaising with members of staff in other departments and external contacts.
* Ordering and maintaining stationery and equipment supplies.
* Devising and maintaining office systems.
* Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
* Training junior staff and delegating work as required.
* Arranging travel and accommodation.

Finance
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining all general Finance, Accounting and Taxation functions. This includes all transaction related to other receivable and payable, fixed assets, trade payables, tax calculation, tax payments and accrued or prepaid expenses, review expenses to proper cost centre. Responsible for preparation of tax returns and to perform tax accounting functions for providing adequate advice of the management.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from Accountancy
* Required skills: Finance Management, Supervisory Management, Taxation.
* 3 years of working experience as a Finance or Accounting Supervisor
* Minimum of 3 years in Big Four Public Accounting/Auditors Firm
* Having good relationship and communication skill in dealing with Government Tax Office
* Familiar with accounting software and spread sheet
* Proficient in English and Mandarin is preferable
* Good planning & organizing, having positive mindset and personality and detail oriented

Graphic Design
Requirements :

* Bachelor Degree in DKV
* 21 – 35 years-old
* Minimum 2 years experience in Graphic Design & Multimedia
* Familiar with 3DMAX
* Familiar with Digital Imaging tools (Photoshop or Illustrator, ect)
* International Certification (preferred)
* Creative and innovative thinking
* English proficiency
* Good communication skill

Marketing Manager for Residential and Commercial
Job description:

* Ability to sell property residential units according to the right target market
* Ability to sell residential, commercial building, strata
* Identify business opportunities and build strong customer relationships
* Proactive, assertive and self motivated, with advanced interpersonal, communication, and negotiation capabilities
* Meeting targets
* Prepare & execute presentations

Requirements:

* A bachelor’s degree holder.
* Maximum 35 years old
* Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in property sales/marketing
* Possesses hands-on skills in sales, marketing, and branding strategy for strata office buildings
* Excellent communication skills is a must
* Independent, high profile, confidence is a must
* Possesses hands-on experience in business development
* Wide networking within the property / retail industry will be an advantage
* Proficient in written and spoken English and computer literate
* Has dynamic personality, open-mind and strong leadership qualities
* Has excellent negotiation skills, well-organized, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure

Marketing Manager for Industrial

* Coming up with ideas for marketing campaigns
* Arranging for advertisements to go into newspapers, magazines, the trade press, TV or Radio
* Organising the production of posters, flyers, and brochures
* Writing and distribution press releases and mailshots
* Maintaining a database of customers
* Arranging sponsorship
* Organizing and attending events and exhibition
* Making sure that all parts of a campaign run smoothly
* Reporting on the campaign’s progress to managers
* Networking with client, suppliers, and the media
* Making sales call

Receptionist
Main Responsibilities :

* Accomplish and handle fast and accurately all telephone connections
* Exercise good and charming communication manner/language as telephone operator
* Make sure all incoming calls and/or its messages get through to the receiver in time
* Have good memory of telephone numbers (specifically emergency numbers)
* Make sure that all telephone lines are in good order
* Maintain good relation with telecommunication contacts
* Handle reservation dates of training and guest rooms

Qualifications :

* Minimum level of formal education : Diploma Degree
* Minimum 1 year experience as Receptionist/Call Centre/Customer Service (fresh graduates are welcome)
* Fully capable to operate Microsoft Office
* Attractive, pleasant personality, customer service oriented
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluency in English both oral and written

IT - Programming
Requirements:

* Male / Female
* Maximum age 35 years old
* Good knowledge in Java, SQL, C++, Oracle and Linux
* Minimum education : Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
* Minimum of 1 years experience as a Programmer
* Fluent in English,oral & written
* Good logic and able to solve problems quickly
* Self initiated and proactive, with good communication and interpersonal skills
* Willing to work under Pressure
