* Able to work under pressure
* Having good English, both spoken and written.
* Self -motivated, Self starter, able to work with minimum supervision, good time management and a team player.
* Computer literate in MS Office
* Sociable, great listener, and aggressive
* Solid presentation skills, both in creating and delivering presentations
* Extensive network and willing to travel
HRD & GA Supervisor
Qualifications :
* Male, max 35 years old
* S1 Law or any related fields
* Min 3 years experience in the same position
* Hard working, initiative & strong leadership
* Having a good Knowledge about Recruitment, Jamsostek, Indonesian labor regulatory and able to do job analysis, salary structure, performance evaluation, training & development, GA, personnel administration, payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefit
* Having skill in interpersonal, communication, under pressure
* Fluent in English and Computer literate (Microsoft-Office)
