1. FINANCE MANAGER (FM) - JAKARTA
Job Purpose: Developing strategic financial operations with highly knowledge to the implementation in financial industry. Evaluate the Customer Credit Performance, Customer Repayment Profile, monitor and evaluate the related treasury transaction in order to get optimum financial results. Evaluating budget and business rolling forecasting. Expertise in managing bank relationship.
2. ACCOUNT MANAGER/BRANCH MANAGER (AM/EM) - SAMARINDA
Job Purpose: Developing existing and new business opportunities by identifying customer and business need, maintaining customer relationship, staying informed with market trends and competitive activity, Manages effective & efficient operational branch. As well as collection end asset monitoring
3. ACCOUNT OFFICER (AO)- BANJARMASIN, PONTIANAK, AND SORONG
Job Purpose: Developing existing and propose a new business opportunities by identifying customer and business need, maintaining customer relationship including coordinates solutions, preparing credit proposal, assess customer credit, identity customer financial procedure, solving problem accounts, collection and asset monitoring.
4. ACCOUNTING OFFICER (AGO)- JAKARTA
Job Purpose: Ensure the application of financial accounting standard rules, regulations (PSAK) and reporting. To control and following up account reconciliation, monitor compliance of procedure and reporting.
5. INTERNAL AUDIT OFFICER (IAO) -JAKARTA
Job Purpose: Coordinating internal compliance review and monitoring activities, including periodic reviews of departments, developing corrective preventive action and report findings to the management.
6. LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (LDO)-JAKARTA
Job Purpose: Provide an analysis of organizational arid individual learning needs by designing personal development plans that focused on self-managed learning. Supported by coaching & counceling, formal training, designing learning resources centers, provide competence employee and develop opportunities to enhance performance to achieve the organization’s objectives.
General qualifications :
- S-1 Degree in Economic, Business, Marketing, Psychology or relevant background, master degree is preferred
- Relevant experience of 3-7 years for position no. 1 & 2, and 1 - 3 years for position no.3-6
- Good command of English both orally and in writing
- Strong willingness to learn
- Driving best result
- Good interpersonal skill & Team work
- Self starter with high initiative
