Regional Manager

Responsibilities:
* Responsible to lead and manage several agencies.
* Responsible to enhance overall business performance (such as: conduct training activties for agent and other supporting activities).
* Responsible to determine the best possible solutions for development and growth.
* Determine any improvement needed in agency, in order to achieve production (FYP) and manpower growth.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
* Good Communication skills, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Required language(s): English.
* Have working experience in Life Insurance as a Sales Manager, Development Manager or Training Manager.
* Full-Time positions available.
* work location will be in Jakarta, Sumatera (Medan), Kalimantan (Samarinda/Balikpapan), Sulawesi (Makasar), Central Java (Semarang), East Java (Surabaya).
