We are a leading Japanese company, having large manufacturing presence in the computer peripherals industry and as TEAC Worldwide Group’s first plant in Indonesia, looking for some professionals to be located in Batam.

Human Resource Officer (HRO)

Reporting to HRGA Manager, you will join a team to perform Human Resource functions such as recruitment, training, career development, performance appraisal, career planning, and organizational development based on competency.

Requirements:
- Prior knowledge in Competency Model and its application
- Degree in Psychology
- Service oriented and good communication skill
- Familiar with uptodate employee assessment tools and methods is an added value
- Strong sense of urgency and able to work in a team under a fast-paced environment
- Fresh graduates with GPA >2,7 are welcome to apply

QA Officer (QAO)
You will be responsible in document control, has purpose in updating, copy, distribute and filling all the document which is related with ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001 (Quality Manual, Procedure Manual, and Support Document)

Requirements:
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor (S1) degree in Literature or Foreign Language
- Must be willing to work under high pressure
- Fast learner
- Good communication skill
- Fresh graduated with minimum GPA 2,7 are welcome to apply

QA Supervisor (QS)
Reporting to QA Executive, you will be responsible to carry out and monitor the activities assurance inspection, in-house, and sub-contractor

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electro or Electrical Engineering
- Has strong interpersonal and leadership skills and able to work under fast-paced environment
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in manufacturing industry as quality people
- Fresh graduated with minimum GPA 2,7 are welcome to apply

QA Engineer (QAE)
As Customer Support Engineer you will be responsible to support QA Manager to communicate with customer. You will give technical support to overseas clients through phone and on site verification and give feedback to QA Manager for reporting and solving problems

Requirements:
- Fresh graduates of Diploma/Bachelor Degree holder in Electro or Electrical Engineering with minimum GPA 2,7
- Must be able to communicate English (written and spoken)
- Able to read and understand technical manuals
