TUBAN PROJECT CONTROLLER

Directorate : Finance
Location : Head Office

Scope of works:

* To initiate, plan, co-ordinate and direct cost & financial controlling process within Tuban project business of Holcim Indonesia
* To prepare timely Tuban Project annual budget, including revisions, latest estimate and (five years) forecast for the project.

Requirements :

1. Education : University degree majoring in Accounting/Finance/Administration, possibly an MBA graduate
2. Experience :
* Minimum three years experience in the manufacturing, accounting and or financial reporting area or CAPEX project controlling
* Managing dead-lines and work-load
* Preparation of BoD & BoC report
3. Computer literacy :
* Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
* Intimate knowledge of SAP-PS and Virtual project control are advantages
4. Language : Excellence in English both oral & written
5. Other qualification / skills :
* Think the business
* Deliver result

PROJECT & CAPEX CONTROLLER
Directorate : Finance
Location : Head Office

Scope of works:

* To review and analyzes CAPEX planning from Corporate Engineering/other directorates for financial planning and budget purpose
* To compare and analyzes CAPEX proposal with actual result, liaise with fixed asset management to ensure accurate and proper reporting
* To assist and work proactively with business development and other department which requires project financial feasibility study and supporting financial data
* To verify that fixed asset are being utilized and reported properly

Requirements :

1. Education : University degree majoring in Accounting/Finance, possibly an MBA graduate/registered accountant/CPA/CFA
2. Experience :
* Minimum five years experience in the accounting firm and or Financial reporting area plus
* Managing dead-lines and work-loadd
3. Computer literacy :
* Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
* Knowledge of IT based accounting system and application
4. Language : Excellence in English both oral & written
5. Other qualification / skills :
* Excellence financial accounting and auditing skills
* Good logical & mathematical thinking
* Used to work with tight deadline and under pleasure
* Knowledge of the cement, RMX and AGG industry
* Good analytical and problem solving skill

BUSINESS CONTROLLER FOR CLINKER & CEMENT
Directorate : Finance
Location : NAROGONG

Scope of works:

* To initiate, plan, co-ordinate and direct cost & financial controlling process within the clinker & cement business of Holcim Indonesia
* To prepare timely company annual budget, including revisions, latest estimate and (five years) forecast for the vision.

Requirements :

1. Education : University degree majoring in Accounting/Finance, possibly an MBA graduate
2. Experience :
* Minimum three years experience in the manufacturing, accounting and or financial reporting area plus
* Managing dead-lines and work-load
3. Computer literacy :Microsoft office, Lotus Notes and SAP User
4. Language : Excellence in English both oral & written
5. Other qualification / skills :

CONTRACT MANAGEMENT TEAM (CIL)
Department : Logistic Improvement
Location : Cilacap

Scope of works:
This position exists to report and monitor of third party performance regularly and supporting for any complaint from customer specifically related to third party service

Requirements :

1. Education : Min. Diploma of Management, IT or Logistic
2. Experience :
* One years experiences in contract management or Logistics
* Having knowledge in drafting contract would be an advantage
3. Computer literacy :
* Able to operate the SAP and FMTP program
* Computer literate; Lotus Notes, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power point (Intermediate level)
4. Language : Good command in English both oral & written
5. Other qualification / skills :
* A good understanding of cement distributions
* General knowledge of the cement manufacturing process
* Good communications and negotiation skill.
* Good problem solving skill
* Strong personality to build a professional relationship with third party
* Good administration skill
* Leadership skill
* Excellent in reporting and analytical thinking
