A renowned Medical Assistance Company based in South Jakarta looks for two :

MEDICAL OFFICERS
for its 24 / 7 Alarm Center

As a medical coordinator you will be responsible for:
* Handling incoming/outgoing communications (phone calls, email, faxes notably from international clients and/or patients requiring medical help or support in Indonesia and South East Asia
* Identifying the request in obtaining medical report / additional medical information, collaborating with treating doctors
* Analyzing the situation for the patient (type of medical problem, quality of medical facility, etc…)
* Reporting to client with our medical recommendations regarding a potential medical evacuation to a better medical facility
* Performing medical evacuations (with commercial flight or air ambulance
* Answering to our medical hotline
* Coordinating and following up the case with international clients

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
* Doctor of medicine with a minimum two (2) years as hospital doctor and a good experience at emergency ward / ICU

Language:
* Perfect Bahasa Indonesia, in both spoken and written.
* Fluent English, in both spoken and written, is an absolute must.

Other:
* Female / Male willing to work on a 24 /7 rotating shift without exception
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, Mature personality, high sense of responsibilities
* Computer literate
* Fast learner and able to work under pressure
* Multi tasking capability, able to manage several simultaneous situations
* Able to work as individual as well as in a team
* Customer and services oriented
* Positive and outgoing attitudes

OPERATIONS COORDINATORS
for its 24 / 7 Alarm Center

As a operations coordinator you will be responsible for:
* Handling incoming / outgoing communications (phone calls, email, faxes notably from international clients and / or patients requiring medical help in Indonesia and South East Asia
* Identifying the request (medical assistance, coverage of medical expenses, medical evacuation, etc…)
* Proceeding the request in activating our medical team and all type of providers around South East Asia
* Arranging medical evacuations (with commercial flight or air ambulance)
* Answering to all our dedicated phone lines (for insurance, assistance company or various clients)
* Coordinating and following up the case with international clients

Requirements:
Education & Experience:
* D3 / S1 in any field – background in hospitality, travel industry or insurance business are welcome

Language:
* Perfect Bahasa Indonesia, in both spoken and written.
* Fluent English, in both spoken and written, is an absolute must.

Other:
* Female / Male willing to work on a 24 /7 rotating shift without exception
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skill,
* Mature personality, high sense of responsibilities
* Computer literate
