Further to the internal promotion of the current Assistant, we are recruiting the :
Personal Assistant to the President Director
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To support the President Director in all secretarial & administrative task,
- To follow-up the results of some specific actions requested by the President Director,
- To take personally in charge or actively participate in some projects in various fields (marketing, internal control…) upon request and under coaching of the President Director.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Female, 25-30 years old,
- Leadership, ability to negotiation, analytical skills, autonomy, honesty, hard working,
- High potential for further future evolution in the company,
- Bachelor in Business Administration, HR, Marketing…
- Around 5 years experience, possibly for an international company (PMA),
- Good knowledge in English,
- Windows, MS Office.
