Accountant
(Banten - Bandara Soekarno-Hatta)
Responsibilities:
- Full set of Accounting :
Quotation - Sales Order - Delivery Order - Sales Invoicing - Sales Return
Purchase Order - Receive Item - Purchase Invoice - Purchase Return
Cost Accounting - Job Costing/Production - Inventory Adjustment
Balance Sheet Reconciliation
Fixed Assets
Financial Reports
- Finance & Banking : Customer Receipt, Vendor Payment, A/R Reminder and Collection, Liaise with international Bankers (RBS & JP Morgan Chase Bank)
- Monthly Taxes : Income Taxes and VAT
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (GPA>3)
- 1 Year minimum experience
- Fresh gaduates with strong logic thinking are welcome to apply
- Familiar with accounting Standard (US GAAP)
- Having good analytical skill, logic thinking, the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadline with minimum supervision
- Proficiency in the use of Integrated Accounting System or ERP
- Brevet A & B Certified
- Good English oral and written
