PT Adaro Indonesia operates under a Coal Cooperation Agreement with the Government of Indonesia which gives it the right to mine coal within its Agreement Area in the Tanjung district of South Kalimantan Province until the year 2022 with Rights to extend by mutual agreement are available. There are three deposits within the Agreement Area which contain total coal resources of 2.8 billion tones of open cut coal characterized by extremely thick seams of up to 50 meters with relatively low overburden. We are currently seeking:
Tax Manager (code: TM)
Requirements:
- Male/ Female
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Good in consolidation report
- Preferably have experience in public accounting firm, at least senior level
- Min 5 years experiences
- Good command in English
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Hard worker, good interpersonal skill
- Frequent travel to Banjarmasin
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of tax activities
- Supervise the Tax functions in the companies
- Review the tax forms before submission to ensure the accuracy and completeness
- Ensure the compliance of latest tax regulations and the requirements from authority
- Liaise with tax department in holding company to ensure the tax treatments are in line with group policies
- To ensure the timely submission of tax form and payment of tax
- To ensure flow of confidential information within the right authority level
- Internal Audit roles:
- Carry out regular internal audit at Banjarmasin office
- Regular review in tax, accounting and finance functions in Banjarmasin
- Review and improve the internal control procedures
- To report the internal audit findings to management
- Ad hoc tasks when required
Finance and Accounting Manager (code: FAM)(Banjarmasin - South Kalimantan)
Requirements:
- Male/ Female
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy
- Good in consolidation report
- Preferably have experience in public accounting firm, at least senior level
- Min 5 years experiences
- Good command in English
- Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Hard worker, good interpersonal skill
- Willing to be located at Banjarmasin
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of finance, accounting and tax activities
- Supervise the Finance, Accounting and Tax teams in the company
- Prepare timely and accurate statutory and management reports
- Prepare the annual budget and the regular forecast reports
- Prepare various financial and costing analysis reports for management
- Maintain and manage the fixed assets and Inventory controls
- Liaise with external and internal Auditors and to support their requirements
- Ensure the accounts and tax are in compliance with the relevant accounting standards and requirements from authority
- Establish, monitor, review and improve the internal control systems and procedures, as well as to ensure the compliance of internal control policies
- Ad hoc tasks when required
Continuous Improvement Specialist (Code: CIS)(South - Kalimantan)
Requirements :
- Male / Female
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Experience at least 5 years handling Continuous Improvement Program
- Good understanding in tools improvement such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, etc
- Good command in English
- Willing to be located at South Kalimantan (Site)
