- Minimum S1 Degree in mining engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in mining industry with minimum 3 years in managerial level as Production Department head

- Minimum POM Certificate
- Well understanding about mining operation (design, production, facility, equipment, manpower)

2. Administration Department Head

Job Specification:

3. Plant Department Head

Job Specification:
- Male, max 45 years old
- Minimum bachelor degree in Mining related
- Minimum 3 years experience in mining industry in the same position

4. Project Manager

Job Specification:
- Male, max 45 years old
- Min. 5 years experience as a superintendent in mining project
- Minimum POM certificate
- Well understanding in mining engineering

5. Mining Engineer

Job Specification :
- Male max 45 years old
- Minimum bachelor degree in mining engineering
- Have 5 years experience as mine engineer and or mine planner
- POM or POP or POU certificate
