IT Developer
Responsibilities:
Job purpose of software developer is Responsible for writing and coding individual programs from specific requirements.
- Write, modify, and debug software for client applications.
- Use source debuggers and visual development environments.
- Write code to create single-threaded or user interface event driven applications, either stand-alone and those which access servers or services.
- Test and document software for client applications.
- Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents.
- Perform coding to written technical specifications.
- Investigate, analyze and document reported defects.
- Perform maintenance programming and correction of identified defects.
- Create, document, and implement unit test plans, scripts, and test harnesses.
- Create and maintain technical documentation using defined technical documentation templates.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience understanding requirements specifications for Information Systems.
- A proven track record in Software Development using Oracle Developer OR Java technology OR Microsoft .Net OR PHP Language
- End to end experience of the project lifecycle
- Proven experience interacting directly with end users.
- Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related study
- Male/Female, max 30 years old

Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
To analyse, document and propose solutions for large and/or complex business areas and to prepare functional specifications.
To assist in the preparation of user and system test plans:
- Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plans.
- Analyze and document business processes.
- Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from client on the specifications.
- To provide the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle
- To design and execute the test scenarios and test scripts.
- Day to day management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met.
- Weekly reports to be produced for the project manager showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable evidence of analyzing and documenting complex business processes.

Network Administrator
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operation and administration of the company’s internal networks, servers, email and network security systems.
- Administration and maintenance of company’s internal systems.
- Configuration and set-up of all new server systems required internally for the company’s activities.
- Firewall administration and overall responsibility for company IT security.
- Administration of email servers for company-wide email.
- Provide telephone and desktop support to internal users.
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of the following operating systems:Windows 2000 Server, Windows 2003 Server, Exchange, Citrix, Mikrotik
- Strong working knowledge of major networking components, network operating systems, data communication and basic computer hardware components
- Hands on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification maintenance and repair of IT hardware and software.
